The Leadership
Academy invests towards developing students to be true
leaders and empower them to inspire the same in others.

| Seminars: A series
of five intensive seminars offered each academic
year. |

| Sophomore Leadership Retreat:
Aimed at developing leadership skills, teamwork,
and strong sense of community among the sophomore
class. |
|
| Certificate in Leadership Studies: Obtain
a certificate by completing 40 hours of academy
sponsored events. |
|
|
|
|
Each spring
the Leadership Academy identifies undergraduate students
who show exceptional leadership potential and awards
with a multi-year, full-tuition scholarship. Award recepients
then participate in an intensive leadership development
program, which includes:

The Leadership
Academy also provides opportunities for interested students
to become involved in serving the community at IIT and
around Chicago.
